Compliance Realtor offers a unique service to Property Professionals in their career path from Candidate to Principal.

Susan Kruger started Compliance Realtor in 2018, she is a fully qualified real estate principal, holding a valid FFC for more than 3 decades. Her passion is to help people grow and learn in order for them to reach their full potential in the real estate environment.

Our company has a passion for the real estate industry and we are experts in the fields of training and compliance. Our aim is to ensure an industry where real estate service providers are properly trained and educated. This will enable them to act with the highest standard of ethical and compliant behaviour, protecting the public’s biggest financial investments: their homes.

We also have a history of empowering individuals in their career path by staying abreast of current and new developments in the ever-changing environment by studying, reading and being involved in all relevant fields of real estate training and compliance.

Susan, our founder, holds a National Diploma in Real Estate, Property Valuation at Unisa, is a qualified Master Practitioner in Real estate, and is a registered principal estate agent at the Estate Agency Affairs Board. In addition to this, she is a constituent facilitator and assessor for FETC Real Estate NQF4 and NC Real Estate NQF5 qualifications, accredited at the Services Seta.

Susan’s compassion for people helps uncertain new entrants to the real estate industry to quickly grasp the concept of assisting clients in their real estate needs with proper training, mentoring and coaching.

She has developed a 12-month program to assist interns on a daily, weekly and monthly regime in completing both the EAAB Intern Logbook, hence acquiring the necessary experience and learning and during that process assist them to complete the academic real estate qualifications.

Through Susan and Compliance Realtor’s guidance, many intern agents have completed their internship and training and has successfully proceeded to full status (and some to principal agents) running their own real estate companies.
