We provide learners with a structured Workplace Training Workbook to guide them through the practical tasks required in the real estate environment. This training applies to all learners who have received an FFC after 1 July 2024. Each learner is required to have a registered mentor (usually their principal or a qualified agent) who will guide, support, and sign off on the practical activities completed in the workbook. The workbook ensures that learners gain the required practical experience and meet the current industry compliance standards.
